Spring Forward aka "My Circadian Has Lost It's Rhythm"

How many days does it take to get over SFJL (spring forward jet lag)? Seriously though, it isn't a rhetorical question. Supposedly we should "prepare ahead" and start going to bed a few minutes earlya couple of weeks beforehand  But the minute the reminders start going out that we're going to spring forward, my brain immediately goes into denial. As if ignoring it will make it go away.  That strategy hasn't been successful. I've already overslept 2 days in a row and we're only two days into springing forward. So far the score is SFJL =2, Me=0. Ranting seems to temporarily help - so thanks for letting me rant. That is all. Carry on. 😑💤
